Our Wedding Day
We've made it easy for you! Our ceremony, reception, and after-party will all be at the same venue; The Crystal Tea Room - located in the heart of Center City, adjacent to City Hall, and walkable from all of our hotel blocks!

Ceremony
4:30 pm
The Crystal Tea Room - Ballroom
When you arrive at the external doors please head up the escalators where a member of the event staff will welcome you and direct you to the elevators to reach the ballroom on the 9th Floor.
Cocktail "Hour"
5:30 - 7pm
The Crystal Tea Room - Atrium

Cocktail hour will take place directly outside the main Ballroom in the Crystal Tea Room Atrium - staff will guide you following the ceremony
Reception
7 - 11pm
The Crystal Tea Room - Ballroom
Staff will guide you back to the ballroom at the end of cocktail hour to see the transformation from ceremony space to our dinner and dancing reception atmosphere
After Party
11pm - 1am
The Crystal Tea Room - Dessert Hall

Return to the dessert room to keep the party going with two more hours of bar, DJ, and fun!
